SCR intelligent ammonia injection zoning control system
The SCR intelligent ammonia injection zone control system improves the uniformity of NOx concentration distribution at the SCR outlet by controlling the ammonia injection amount in zones, avoiding local ammonia under injection or over injection at the SCR inlet. While meeting the requirements of ultra-low NOx emission standards, it reduces ammonia escape rate, alleviates corrosion and ash accumulation problems of boiler tail equipment, and extends the life of denitrification catalysts. The specific implementation method is to add a zone leveling valve (pneumatic or electric adjustment) and a zone ammonia flow meter between the total control valve and the branch control valve of the traditional ammonia injection pipeline, and to patrol the NOx/O2 concentration (temperature optional) distribution value at the SCR outlet. The control system calculates the deviation percentage of ammonia flow rate in each zone at the SCR inlet as the control target value, and closed-loop adjusts the zone leveling valve to make the measured flow rate change percentage of the zone ammonia flow meter consistent with the control target value.

Product Features
Arrange 6-12 measuring points on the cross-section of the single-sided SCR outlet to patrol the NOx/O2 concentration (ammonia escape rate optional), with a single point measurement duration of about 10 seconds
Each SCR is divided into 3-6 zones for ammonia injection control, monitoring the ammonia airflow in each zone and closed-loop control of ammonia injection distribution
Adopting various technical measures such as a large inclination angle design for the sampling pipeline, using nano insulation materials, and timed blowback, to prevent blockages in the sampling pipeline and measuring instruments
